Try taking the time to tap into the power of your own power of scent.
Your nose is a gateway to your mind and research is proving more and more that this simple technique can actually work. Your scents of smell can influence your moods in more then one way in a most powerful way.
Next time you might be feeling a bit down, try cutting up some oranges and lavender and each time you inhale think of being renewed with each exhaled breath. Hold for 10 seconds and then do it again at least 10 – 15 times.
