Sometimes just by laying your head down on a favorite soft pillow can really help change your whole outlook. Not kidding, even if you don’t have time to take a short little nap. Literally placing your head on a soft pillow even for a few minutes can make all the difference in the world as it can relieve some of the pressure that is absorbed doing the day.
